Zimbabwe under-23 midfielder Miles Bracking has extended his loan spell at English fifth-tier club Hornchurch until January, parent club Norwich City said.
The 19-year-old initially joined the National League side on a one-month deal and has made six appearances.
Hornchurch, promoted from the National League South last season, are ninth in the table.
Bracking made his international debut in the Young Warriors’ 2-0 first-leg win over Mauritius in the under-23 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier, alongside Norwich team-mates Takudzwa Gwanzura and Jayden Munikwa.
The match was played at the National Sports Stadium in Harare.
He featured again in the return leg last Tuesday as Zimbabwe won 4-1 to advance to a second-round tie against Mali in November.
Bracking, whose grandfather supports Norwich and whose mother was born in the city, came through the club’s academy at Colney and has played for the Under-18s and Under-21s.
He signed his first professional contract at Carrow Road in July 2024, tying him to the club until the summer of 2027.
Bracking made 14 appearances last season across Premier League 2 and the Premier League Cup, scoring once in a 1-1 draw with Sunderland in December.
He has also played twice for Norwich’s Under-21s this season, completing 90 minutes in a 1-0 win at Middlesbrough last Sunday. He also appeared against Hornchurch in Norwich’s National League Cup Group B win in mid-August.
