UZ Wolves were the first to book a spot after two successive wins in Pool B. They will face local rivals Harare City who placed third in Pool A.

Reigning national champions NABA suffered their first defeat at the hands of Associao Academica de Maputo from Mozambique. In the quarter-final stage, NABA will face a highly energetic Unizambeze from the host country Mozambique.

The boys from Bulawayo, Highlanders placed fourth in Pool B and will face the dominant Associao Academica de Maputo who came first in pool A.

“We are taking one game at a time and we are not pressure-rising ourselves,” said NABA head coach Nyasha Takawira. The Zimbabwe National Premier League winners are one of the favourites in this tournament and have suffered just one defeat.

The games will be played on Thursday, January 13 starting from 1200hrs with the last match commencing at 1900hrs at the Universidade Eduardo Mondlane in Maputo, Mozambique.
