Zimbabwean golfer Kieran Vincent carded a one-under 69 on Saturday to stay in contention for the coveted title at the International Series Macau presented by Wynn being played at Macau Golf and Country Club in China.
Vincent, who tied for sixth position at last week’s Joburg Open on the DP World Tour will start the final round in Macau in sixth place on 10-under par after rounds of 66-65-69.
He is six shots behind the frontrunners Patrick Reed of the USA and Mexico’s Carlos Ortiz, who share the overnight lead on 16-under.
Vincent is seeking his second win on the Asian Tour after his breakthrough win at the the 2023 International Series Vietnam.
The US$2million event is the second stop on The International Series – 10 elevated events on the Asian Tour that provide a pathway on to the LIV Golf League.
The tournament is also part of the Open Qualifying Series.
